Trauma & Nervous System Therapy

Trauma-informed work integrating somatic practices, attachment, nervous-system regulation, and EMDR.

Service Description

EMDR is a structured, trauma-informed approach designed to help the brain process distressing experiences and memories that may continue to influence how you feel, think, or respond in the present. EMDR may be useful when you can logically understand that something is in the past but still notice strong emotional, physical, or relational reactions connected to it. Our work can explore these experiences without assuming you need to endlessly analyze or retell every detail. I integrate EMDR-informed work with attachment, somatic, parts-based, and neuroscience-informed perspectives so treatment is responsive to you rather than centered around a single technique. I am currently completing EMDR basic training through an EMDRIA-approved training program.
