Individual Therapy

A place to understand yourself without having to have it all figured out.

Individual therapy can support you in navigating:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, and chronic stress

  • ADHD and executive functioning

  • Trauma and difficult past experiences

  • Burnout, perfectionism, and people-pleasing

  • Attachment and relationship patterns

  • Family and intergenerational dynamics

  • Self-worth, boundaries, and identity

  • Cultural expectations and identity

  • Grief, change, and life transitions

Our work is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from attachment and parts work, somatic approaches, ACT, neuroscience-informed perspectives, nervous-system regulation, and EMDR therapy to understand not only what you're thinking, but what your emotions, relationships, and body may be communicating.

Together, we'll make sense of the patterns that helped you get here while creating more room for the ways you'd like to live now.

Couples & Relationship Therapy

Couples therapy can support you in navigating:

  • Communication and recurring conflict

  • Attachment and relationship patterns

  • Emotional intimacy and disconnection

  • Trust and relationship repair

  • Boundaries and unmet needs

  • Family-of-origin influences

  • Major transitions and changing roles

  • Understanding each other's emotional worlds

Rather than deciding who's right or wrong, we'll get curious about the cycle happening between you. We'll slow things down enough to understand what each person is feeling, protecting, and trying to communicate underneath the conflict.

The goal isn't to never disagree. It's to create more understanding, safety, and choice in how you find your way back to each other.

Trauma & EMDR Therapy

Trauma-focused therapy can support you in navigating:

  • Trauma and complex relational experiences

  • Hypervigilance and difficulty feeling settled

  • Emotional shutdown or disconnection

  • Difficult memories and triggers

  • Shame and negative beliefs about yourself

  • Attachment and relationship wounds

  • Family and intergenerational patterns

  • Difficulty trusting, letting go of control, or feeling safe

We'll approach these responses with curiosity rather than trying to force them away. Depending on what feels appropriate for you, I may integrate somatic practices, parts work, attachment-based approaches, nervous-system regulation, ACT, and EMDR therapy.

The aim is not to erase what happened. It's to help the past take up less space in the present.

I’m trained in EMDR and use it when it fits your needs and goals.
